I feel ya. I have an employee who has on 3 occassions dropped the "N word" despite my warning to her to cut it out. Plus, she always comes in and talks about her sex life and that she entered a wet t-shirt contest. She is over 40 and it is just pathetic.

yeah, she is also a DRAMA QUEEN. there is always some big family drama going on that she is constantly texting her kids about. It is very distracting and annoying to the others in the office to hear her ranting about her family drama.
