Ok well since some of you know I was going to take the ECA stack but now I am on Thermogenics/Supplements getting myself ready for Dball/winny cycle


Ok well I want to know if I should include anything else in this program so far???

And any experience of such product???


I am currently taking SPIROGEN

Contents are as follows per 2 capsules:

600mg of Garcinia cambogia
125mg of Citrus Aurantium
420mg of Ma Huang Extract
910mg of Guarana Extract
200mg of White Willow
100mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine
80mg of L-Tyrosine
50mg of Ginger root
40mg of Vitamin B5
200mcg of Chromium Polynicotinate

other ingredients are: Magnisium, Stearate & Gelatin


Supplements I am taking are:
Mega Whey protein shake w/enzymes
L-Glutamine
Creatine
Multi-vitamin pills


What side effects should I watch out for and how to counter act them if any should come about???

I am currently 21 yrs old standing at 6'0 feet tall and 210lbs with 15.8% body fat

I play SOCCER ALOT and do alot of running now. Man I took 2 pills this morning lol I did cardio this morning and boy oh boy did I ever run lol 30 min run 600 calories DOWN. lol

Yes I am eating PURE PROTEIN diet.

no no I don't want to do this for soccer.

Soccer is just some of the activities I am involved in. I can run like a rabbit around the field and don't get tired lol my VO2 max I beat practically everyone back at school when I did it and with this size people are just amazed how long I can run for and at the speed lol I don't know maybe it's because I've been playing soccer all my life. My legs are massive and the best part of my body besides my arms/back. Weakest point = shoulders but I've noticed a great power increase in them lately. I am aiming at 200lbs with 8-9% bf as first step lol that maybe high but I don't know why I grow fast. With the help of Winny/Dbol I may reach my goal of 250lbs. My career is Fire Fighting which I am getting into and Fitness Trainer as a side job for some extra cash.
