I agree with canuck, 1000 mg deca is rediculous...even veteran users will not go over 600 mg/wk. If your just trying to put on raw size then go with 400 mg deca and 250 sus like canuck said. If you would like to get a little leaner and save some money then I would run 500 mg/wk sus and either drop or run a low dose deca. Some of the stronger androgens like dbol and anadrol are known to put on weight fast but they are quite harsh on your system and also very tough to keep all your gains. What I would do if I were you is run a 400 mg deca/wk and 250 mg sus/wk cycle for the winter, then when summer comes around you could run a test cycle(500 mg/wk) and maybe throw in some winny or fina to help you gain a bit while still getting leaner/harder.
