i have been training on and off for 6 years have got to 19 stone holding a bit of fat but got a lot of muscle i want to start getting ready for shows what things do you suggest to do i havent taken hgh or igf or anything like that only test, deca etc the usual stuff but would consider to do what it takes to get into perfect shape
i am 24 and 6ft tall
