I want to learn

welcome to the board man, ask away. there are many really helpful and knowledgeable people here that are willing to help anyone who wants to be helped.

Welcome man, basic tip - make bench/deadlifts/squats the core of your workouts (if possible), and stick to compound exercises rather than isolation exercises (unless necessary like barbell curl - using exrx classification). In that ExRx site you might wanna stick to the basic (in bold).

limited machines

I work out at my appartment complex right now, ( can't afford a gym) so I use a pretty crappy set of nautles machines that only provide two or three excersis each and no free weights out of the four machins I make my decicin based on what I hope are diffrent muscle groups and do my routine on each machine, along with sit ups, lundges and streaching in between I also ab roll or do sit ups am and pm for 5min.
