I usually us only a one inch needle for my glutes

I'm rolling 22 x 1.5.

I also tried only going about 1 inch with a quad inject but before the injection was over I had it all the way in. Damn thing is slippery

23g 1.5" here. I push it about 3/4 the wway thru. When I use 23g 1", I bury it all the way.

I find that the sorness is less the deeper you inject much like TheGame stated

i have

1.25'', 23g for glutes
1'', 23g for squads
5/8'', 23g for delts

also have some 5/8'', 25g for traps and tris

i want to open up pecs this time as well and will use the 5/8 25g for that.

Damn all the way in with 1.5, I dont know if i have that much ass, i guess ill find out. WHAT IF i just inject my glutes and alternated, would that be fine?

i use 23g 1.25" for all injection sites, but usually only go in 1" on the delts.

1" or 1.5" 23 or 25ga. 25 might take longer to shoot but shooting to fast can lead to pain for a few days.

Yea I dont use anything much higher then a 23 ga because it just takes to long to inject and with the 1.5'' I go just about all the way in.
