I totally fuckin ate it on the train today...

So i was taking the train from Southampton back to NYC today before i went back to Florida.
it's been years since i took that train all the way to the city (i used to take the bus or have someone drive). So i basically forgot that you have to transfer in Queens.

anyways, i see everyone getting off while half asleep in Queens..still didn't register that i needed to get off the train.
finally one of the conductors sees my head and says loudly "lets go, time to move".

i literally jump out of my seat so i don't miss the other train and while doing so i tripped like an asshole with my bag, scratched my hand trying to brace myself and went FACE first onto the top of another seat. my cheekbone got fuckin owned. i thought I broke it or seriously bruised it from the impact.
luckily i think i only popped a blood vesell or two. got this couple of centimeter red mark on the top of my cheekbone, right below my eye. looks like i gotta into a fight. i hope it goes away, but at least it's not in a terrible spot

all my family thought i was on the juice again this week.

i could probably drop some bodyfat, but i am by no means fat right now (bloated from all the drinking i did this weekend, yes...but i'm going to the gym now and back to eating clean)

lol thanks bud. yes, for sure. i'm going to borrow my buddy's digi cam this week. i have to take new pics for myspace anyways since all mine are years old, alot of them when i stopped working out.

i'm excited for when i ACTUALLY jump back on the juice.

if there's any possibility you can grow in height, hold off till you're 21, maybe 22.trust me dude, an inch or two (being 5'10-5'11 is a gift from god. i'd easily trade a couple of inches of my penis for equal height. being 5'8-5'9 isn't terrible, but a few more inches makes a big difference)

if you KNOW you can't grow based on your parents height....hit up the cardio till you get to about 12%, wait till you're 20 (halfway through 20) and then hit up a cycle.

right now? about 5'8, 176 lbs, probably 13%. when i used to juice i was above 180 and 10% (leanest i ever was.). i have a small frame as well (5 inch wrists) so if i get too big, i look very weird..and no matter what, even at 200 lbs, i will always look smaller in certain clothing. i was very content at 180 ish and 10%....hell, even where im at now i get alot of compliments and don't look too bodybuilder ish but definetley in shape and happy with my body. when i stopped lifting and eating well for 2 years, i did alot of damage...but i've gained almost all of it back through 11 months of hard work and hardly any cheating
