are going to fall off! Did some seriouse heavey lifts today. I worked biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
How about the rest of you lazy asses did you make your way to the gym or what?
 
I'm still at work. I am planning on going to he gym, but I am a bit sick and don't know if it will fuck me up more. I think I'll still go though. Chest and tri's tonight.
 
I was supposed to make it there for Leg day today, but I got stuck at work! Oh well, there's always tommorrow.

Jesus, 685 deadlifts? I was proud of hitting 275 for 4 on barbell shrugs. Cant wait to get to 315.
 
I got a mega full body workout last night. 115 lb (assisted) shrugs/power cleans x 150 reps. lol.
among other things, but that was my best 'lifts'

i don't feel box squats hit quads enough.

i would do either leg press or front squats to hit the quads
 
You know you did a good arm workout when you almost hit failure trying to wash your hair in the shower afterwards... ;) Or when you drop your arms from the steering wheel to your lap, to rest at the stop lights..

I hear ya there, you outta see me try and shave my head after an arm workout! It takes an extra 10 minutes as every 30 seconds my arms spasm and lockup LOL.
 
I worked my back...but it was a lazy workout. Was watching a lot of hockey in between sets (big-screen TV at my gym)....Working my back is fun, but watching the Sens KICK SOME LEAF ASS is even more fun!!!
 
Did legs yesterday, and it was high rep day.

17 reps pre exhaust legxtension followed by 17 reps of leg presses.
16 reps of leg curls
15 reps of standing calf raises
10 reps of rope crunches

and 25 minutes on the crosstrainer.

(eyeballs just popped out of head on 9 inch stalks before flapping back into skull like rolled up windowshade)
 
It's not a proper arm workout unless it takes a week to fully straighten your arms.

It has only taken me about 900 attempts to post this fucker!
