I think I'm starting new

I've been working out for just over a year now. I was 145lbs when I started last summer and am up to about 170lbs. I show more definition, I have a lot more strength and I can run longer and faster. But I'm sick of being the same "size". I want to be a lot bigger than I am now. My ideal size would be 200lbs-220lbs. I'm only 18 years old but I'd love to get that weight.

Is there a certain cycle, workout, routine, supplement I can take to increase the chances of me reaching my goal? I'm sick of this weight and I've been at it for a while.(Probably about 4-5 months)

I have protein but barely take it. 29g per serving, should I start taking it again? Obviously, but how often per day? I plan on going insane, working out everyday and eating my face off. Is that good enough? Also, what supplements should I take(That are safe and legal). I've taken creatine, N.O., protein and Testosterone boosters. The Test booster was probably the only thing that actually worked for me. The N.O. did nothing for me, the creatine barely made me do what it said it would do and the protein didn't work because I didn't take it often enough.

I'm just sick of being at 170lbs and want to get up to 200lbs at least. Anything to help me?

my advice putting it simply enough is to start counting grams of protein rather than calories. After a while you learn how many g's is in what. If you want to get upto 200lbs then eat 200g of protein again. It sounds like you're pretty lean naturally so don't worry about driving yourself insane with plain chicken and tuna, you can probably have the odd burger. Milk's great too. When you can't eat enough to get upto the 200g's you need is where the shakes come in (consume after workout too)

Try that for 3 months and try come back and tell me you haven't gone bigger.

though i am currently doing rippetoes programmes, i believe your diet is 80% of your gym performance, what i'm saying petleys is, if your diets spot on, and your weights are increasing you're probably doing everything right. but go and have a look at rippetoes programmes as they certainly have worked for me and many others.
