Saturday night i had a chic over my house and after we do our thing i went in the shower and left her asleep in my bed, when i get out of the shower she's in my kitchen eating chicken breasts, rice and has one of my premixed protein shakes as her fuckin drink. i flipped the fuck out and kicked her out yelling u just cost me lb or 2 u stupid bitch, if ur hungry go get ur own food!!!!

That depends. How does she rate on the scale? If she's:

a 1-6 on the scale, call her and cuss her out for taking you valued supplements.

b 7-10 call her and apologize. Then tell her you have more protein for her to comsume. And no, not just the protein shake!

I once had an ex-girlfriend of mine come spend the weekend at my place.

In the morning, she agreed to taste some oatmeal. So I prepared her a bowl of the unflavoured natural oatmeal I use and gave it to her.
She obviously found it too bland and wanted to sweeten it up.
