Ok, so im doing my first Test E only cycle, i had a bit of trouble getting my hands on a PCT in Aus because customs are so strick but i have finally got it ready.

Please let me know what you think -

Test E - 500mg for 10 weeks
HCGenerate - 5 caps a day for final 4 weeks of cycle
Nolvadex - wk1, 30mg ed / wk2, 30mg ed / wk3, 20mged / wk4, 20mg ed

Should i start Nolva straight after i finish last shot of Test or wait a week or 2?

Is this ok for a first cycle?

10 weeks of test is good for first cycle.

Good First Cycle - start your PCT 16 days after your last shot.

With regards to your PCT - you should be able to run nolva at 20mg/day for 4 weeks. However 30mg/is fine.

HCGenerate is good for your last 4 weeks, however if your budget it allows, run HCGenerate during PCT as well as some Unleashed.

If you can afford Post Cycle all from need2's website thats good too.

me and my mate ran, Nolva, HCGenerate and Unleashed. and 2 weeks AFTER PCT my test levels (free test) were higher than BEFORE i had ever juiced.

I will also order Unleashed and Post Cycle.

So do i start both of these products when i start nolva, which is 2 weeks after last shot? or do i start these as soon as i have finished HCGenerate?

Yes when you start nolva they start too. They all part of the PCT

So

Test E 500mg a week 1 - 10
HCGenerate week 7 - 10

PCT (Start 2 weeks after last pin)
Nolva week 13 - 16 30mg, 30mg, 20mg, 20mg
Unleashed and Post Cycle week 13 - 16

Just one last question. Do i take anything in the 2 weeks between last pin and PCT?
