I think I pulled an ab muscle

Is this possible? Has anyone ever done this before? It is my lowest two ab muscles and it kills to raise myself up from lying down. Does anybody know what I might have done, or what to do, because I certainly don't want to stop training them.
 
you might just be sore from your last workout depending how hard you worked them and how out of shape you might be

Very possible especially with leg raises. Chill out or else it will get worst!
 
If you truely pulled them, then rest is the only thing that will help. Rest and ice.

But it could just be overworking and they are super-sore.

Do you remember an acute onset of pain? Or did you just wake up this morning with soreness?
