MrMuscle New member Feb 3, 2002 #1 i woke up this morning with a real sore/stiff feeling in my left middle bck. did back yesterday, so i guess its just a twinge. a nerve that is geting squeezed or sumthing. unfortunately i dont have anybody to massage it in place for me.
