I Think I just got my ass fired

On behalf of all real men everywhere, I apologize for this. Really, if I were near you I would offer what I did before. This kind of shit just makes me wanna puke.

Chef.. thanks for the talk today, I was way down leaving the meeting.. and to be quite honest they had me second guessing myself.. why? Hell I dunno.. I don't EVER go out of my way to conversate with any of the workers.. I mind my own business... this man went out of his way to make this statement to me.

Yet AGAIN.. they had me wondering what I'D done to provoke it. It saddens me that I love my job so much, love the girls I work with, and the owners of the company have always been generous and caring twords me... To get this kind of treatment and response floors me.

Its weighed heavy on my all day... If I take that step further then I know my position with this company is as good as gone... Yet if I stay and suck it up AGAIN.. I'll not be happy and always be looking over my shoulder either wondering when they will find a reason to fire me or just being really uncomfortable having to work side by side with this pervert. Its unavoiadble unless my title changes.. I will have to be social with him in time. I am not comfortable with that.

I've been knowing and working with this man for over five years and know his ways... I don't trust him one bit!

So now I have to make a decision.. do I want to stick this out or do I just start looking for a new job...

You should not be forced to give up what you worked hard for because of one lying sack of donkey shit.... You owe it to yourself IMO to do something about this, talk to a lawyer or someone about this, find out what your options are, and pursue it assuming you have something, don't let this slime get away with it and don't give up what you worked for, and if you do have to then go down fighting and plant your foot up their collective asses in a legal way if possible If it were me I'd do everything I could do cost that git his job, but ultimately its up to you just don't let anyone steam role over you

FIrst job I was fired from I was 18. A customer was mad that I didn't turn the pump on at the Chevron station. I told him that he had to prepay. He told me that If weren't sitting on my ass, I would have seen him. Well, that was too much for me so I said, "FU** You" Then we nearly got into a fight. I could never be a cashier. I know it's the last thing you have been wanting to do, but it's definitely time seek legal council. The longer you let them get away with this shit the more accepted by you it is going to appear. Crucify them if you have to, but the law is the law and it protects every employee from having to deal with these situations. The fact that they haven't at least reprimanded him in an official written form is unthinkable. Don't for even a split second believe that any of this is your fault, or let anyone try and make you believe that. As a supposedly higher evolved specie we have the ability to override saying these comments. Persons such as your co-worker deminish men and the specie as a whole.

Never quit unless you already have another job lined up. Quitting on principle is almost always a mistake in the long run. If you need out, make them fire you, at least that way you get severance pay and unemployment benefits.
