Yes I agree with your thoughts... one BIG difference between this program & other schools of thought I have followed, is the endurance and stamina this kind of training facilitates. I can't believe I never thought of it myself, truly functional strength. Then the "traditional" strength gains (going up in poundages) follows suit... but realize that once the poundages DO go up you are their MASTER and it is safe, attainable. GOOD stuff =). I'm just ashamed I trained like such an idiot for so long... I guess I was looking for a shortcut.
