Don't feel bad Toga everytime I see my mom she asks me why I'm so fat... even at 9%bf or at 15% it is all the same to her. In her culture men are supposed to be skinny and lean. the worst thing is she equates strength with height, not muscle... By the way Jim is 6'0" at 170lbs and to be a dick he was telling my mom I get out of breath just walking, all that did was make it worst..... Parents need to get a clue....
Toga....it doesn't get any better with age....
I'm 40 and still get nagged on by my mom....my parents visited us this weekend and my mom said "you have those little narrow hips now and big wide shoulders and it just looks WEIRD!"
I smiled and said "It's better than being the other way round! little shoulders and wide hips!"
She hates my muscles....but then she and I did dinner together just us without dad, my hubby and son....and the waitress came over and said another waitress thought i looked awesome and wanted to know how much i benched....my mom went back and told my dad....so maybe she will eventually come around....
