should i carb up sat and sun ? ill use ulta fuel and skim milk to carb up, i dont really want to look forward to the carb up due to the fact im a chronic binge eater thats why im using ultra fuel and skim milk

I wouldn't recommend a keto diet with carb-ups to somebody who is prone to binge eating.

You'd be better served by keeping carbs low, but not excessively low. 100g a day might be ideal - a cup of oatmeal, and a post-workout shake.

Are you looking for a quick fix with a keto diet? I know when I binged I used to do this, and it just made things worse. The cravings got out of control and binging became a lot more frequent and worse.

I'd recommend something like this:
0.5g carbs per lb body-weight
1.25g protein per lb body-weight
0.35g fat per lb body-weight

So for a 200lb individua:
100g carbs
250g protein
70g fat
2030 calories
50% protein, 20% carbs, 30% fat

You might want to increase those numbers, but its a nice balanced fat-loss structure.

georgie24,
id say stay away from the kava kava...it can cause serious liver damage...cnn did a story on it a couple of months back.
good luck with the keto...your appetite should not be too bad once in ketosis but watch out when you carb up...id say dont load the carbs too much (under 300g) cause its hard to stop:)

i done this diet for 10 weeks good results 5 days keep your carbs under 30 grams , weekend eat anything you like for no more than 48 hrs then back to your diet .. it gives you something to look forward to at the end of each week and you get cut and stay strong

( eg, fri 8pm - sun 8 pm pigout ) its called the growth hormone diet you need greens to make you shit ..

good luck kiwibrian:mix:

trim the crap off your supplements, you have way to many.
my personal experience has been to try to use as little supplements as you need.I take the ECA and do heay cardio on post carb up days And ALA immediatly following carb up for two days afterward.
drop the kava, it did more liver damage to me than anavar and winn ever did.I used kava in heavy doses while on OX and for the duration of my ckd diet.I know that my liver wasnt right becuase i threw up like a dog everytime I drank(normally a rare occourence).
