i stand corrected...you dont need high dose cycles to gain weight quick

I'm still up 6 pounds of bloat from the weekend. Lmfao all i can think about is taco bell. Cardio this morning was tough
 
Ice cram, cookies, dougnuts(krispy kreme is within walking distance), taco bell within a stones throw, great sushi joint(if sushi can be unhealthy think this place), and i have huge love of craft beers. IPA's, Stouts, Belgian and porters.
 
a nice big ass bowl of home made mac and cheese with bread crumbs on top is the shit!
buffalo chix with a cup of blue cheese is always good for an appitizer.
 
i had a total blowout this weekend also...sampled almost every fast food chain in my area lol..first time in a long while though.
 
For the last 6 months I havent had anything, but lean meats veggies and whole wheat. I decided I would take two weeks to eat what I wanted. So far... 2 Large boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios, 1 entire chocolate cake, lots of fast food! Back to my diet as of yesterday, still at 9%bf.. The funny thing is we I got off my diet the bad food almost made me sick, but its just to goooooooood to stop eating
 
I treat myself to a box of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls or Zebra Cakes once a week. I will literally eat the whole box post workout and wash it down with 100g of whey. Figure it cant be that bad..

during my fat phase ill eat a box of swiss cake rolls in the store while im shopping hahahahah
