i squished my chalk - what do i do

B-fold ... you say that stick chalk isn't the same. Have you tried it? It may not be "as good" as block... but it works.

I'm old scholl when it comes to chalk. We used to rub our hands in the dirt... break down pieces of dry wall... etc... anything to get a little grip when we didn't have real chalk. The stick chalk is a major step up for me.

There is a reason why strength athletes use the good chalk (Magnesium Carbonate I think...)...because it is the best;)

I make my own chack by mixing plaster of paris with water. I use a bowl for a mold and use less water so that it's not so hard:)

Actually, baby powder does work. Although it is slick, it gets rid of all the sweat and prevents it from coming for a while :). All i know is that it works for me! Maybe when im doing 400+ lbs it will be different though.
