I had a friend like that. He couldnt even bench his own body weight "140", and wanted to run a cycle. I told him not to for a while, and he went ahead and got some overpriced dbol from a guy at my gym. He ran 30 to 35mg/day on off days and 40 to 50mg/ day on days that he worked out. He ran this for 6 weeks. I gave him some nolva for pct. The guy who sold him the dbol didnt mention it.
Overall it worked out pretty well. He got his diet down, stopped drinking so much, gained alot of confidence in and out of the gym. He gained 17.2 pounds before pct. He's kept about 13 of it so far. Stregnth improved alot. His rep weight is now more than he weighs, and his max bench is up about 50 pounds.
I really think that it helped him get on track. He was slacking, not eating right and getting depressed before he took anything. Now he's happy He doesnt look like a little girl anymore.
