I researched my First Cycle and have it prefected.

Damn your kidding... i was reading that thinking DAMN....the dosages are REALY going up!

Sus - 400 every week oraly. :FRlol:
 
i know.. but before i'd see him in a post every now and again.. now i see like 30 threads about him everyday and his name mentioned in every post.. and people trying to act like him.. he's pretty popular.. his fame came when he got banned ;)

OK so after 3-4 days of really intense SOLID research, this is what I am set on as my first cycle. Please help me "fine tune it".

Eq. 800 mg a week for 32weeks
@ week 5 + 300 mg a week winstrol depot for 32 ws

Like I said I have to run some winny in there to really help my joints out so I will run that at 60 for the entire 32 week cycle. I want to make sure my joints can handle the stress here.

Anavar - 45 EOD for only 12 weeks as this is really hard on my joints.
Clen - 120 ED for 6 weeks.
Sus - 400 every week oraly.
Deca - 200 every 5 days for 16 weeks.
Fine - 200 EOD for 20 weeks
Dbol - 50 EOD for 20 weeks (I need a jumpstart to my intense bicept excercises)
Creatine - 2 grams a day since I want to be careful as this is my first cycle ever.
HGH - 5 IU's EOD for 12 weeks for the ultimate in growth.

I want to run some halo here too but that may be a little to much; vets what do you think?

I am well versed on clomid and nolva and will administer as follows.

Weeks 4, 8, 12, 16, 22, and 28 80 EOD of clomid to keep my "boys" happy.
Weeks 3, 9, 13, 17, 23, and 29 100 ED of Nolva to keep away the gyno and also for one full week at 10 EOD for my PCP. In case gyno does how up even with my nolva cycle, I do have my sisters sports bra I can wear until my cycle is over (shes an A cup)
I will then run 10,000 IU's of HCG for 7 days after my nolva PCP is complete to get my boys up and running again and keep my gains.

And of course I will run Liquidex at 7 grams a day to make sure I don't bloat or anything.

Now, I have been working out SOLID and eating PERFECT for about 3 weeks now and feel I am right at my "natty" ability to lift anymore. So, with this I have combined the 5X5 , the 3X5 and the typical BB isolation excercises into my new program called the "1X1". I basically use nothing but the bar to warm up with, and then add one small plate for one max rep. After 3 weeks of SOLID research I feel it will really help tone me up and add a few lbs of lmm to my frame. My stats are as follows:

Body Weight - 153 lbs (and rising)
BF% - 26% (and dropping ED!)
Hieght - 6"4"
Age - 19

I am taking in about 2200 calories a day to avoid getting fat while on this cycle, but I do get half of that from one weight gainer shake at 10AM EOD.
I have read up on the proper injection technique and am well versed on your typical injection sites such as between the toes, under the tongue, and IV.

I am a little concerned about acne and hairloss but have some new aloe vera face wash that will knock that acne out cold, and some new Suave shampoo for dry scalp that should help me keep my golden locks. I got some whistledick at walmart and will take that at 25 every week to keep my prostrate in working order and will drink at least a liter of water every day to keep the liver slick as can be. I also got some womens centrum silver as my multi.

So thats it, and I hope it shows that my research on this topic was pretty intense and beneficial and all help in fine tuning this bulking/cutting cycle is appreciated! Carma to you!
