I really, really need to change my routine, take a look.....

Fellahs, I really need to change up this routine. Here goes, make all the negative comments you want.

Sunday- Legs, calves, abs
Monday - chest
Tuesday - back
Wed - tri's
Thurs- Bi's
Friday - Shoulders
Sat - Traps


This has worked really really well for me over the past few months. gained almost 20 pounds. I'm in the gym for a solid hour each time. I just try and destroy the muscle groups and its actually difficult for me to move when I leave. However, I think its vastly over training and I need an alternative plan. Anyone?

Agreed. I never train more than 2 days in a row, I start feeling run down when I do. Combining traps, back and shoulders intot the same workout will get rid of a ton of over lap and give you 2 extra rest days. I also agree with combining bi's and tri's into the same workout. That's almost the exact routine I follow
