okay im gonna try to post a pic of my upper body here... my question is,.. do you guys have any killer excercises that i'll be able to do to even out my lats? My whole left side is underdeveloped. The surgery and shoulder injury's i had on my left side destroyed my definition. Any suggestions are appreciated.

or ya could critique the physique if you get bored.. im mid cycle right now, i'll post more pics later

Nothing bad to say about your body. More size would look good, but thats why you're on AAS.

true, more size is always welcome... im gettin there though!! im at 205lbs right now

Its not really that noticeable bro. I am suffering on my left side as well because of a shoulder injury. Is that a scar on your shoulder from surgery? What is happening is that you are compensating with other muscles in your back because of your weeker shoulder. Therefor not properly targeting that shoulder and lat. Happens to most people who get an injury and only recover about 80-90%, .... the compensating I am talking about.

Looking pretty decent though bro. Your back shot in your avatar looks much more defined than your front. I would have pictured your front to be more defined based on your back (not trying to be rude bro, you are still looking good). You are relatively lean, I would try to get those abs out in full force AFTER this cycle.

You defintaly dont miss any arm days. Looking good. Its hard to tell from that pose, but I would target lower pecs and do some heavy ab work.

By the way, your lats look pretty much even from your back pose. I think it looks a little off on your front pic because you are on a bit of an angle.

Looking good though bro. Keep us updated on how the cycle goes.

i had a similar injury yrs ago..heres how i fixed mine..just make an effort to pull harder on that side when you train lats,it will eventually even out!

i thought the pic was at an angle also... i took about 10 more pictures with same result. It is just severely underdeveloped compared to the right side. Next time i'll try to flex my abs. I am not looking for ab definition during this cycle as im going strictly for size and strength. I'm gonna cut hard after this cycle to get ripped up, but i have another 5 weeks to go on the cycle.

here is another front and back shot

Uh... yeah, I'd say. Bro, you got nothing to worry about. You are better than 98% of the world as it is, don't flip out over your left lat, I can barely tell.

Don't get big-orexia or fall into a trap and get all caught up on your left lat. Focus.

My opinion. Do all of your "two arm: exersizes like pullups, lat pulls, ect...but throw in a left side only dumbell row for a while. but keep an eye out that you dont build the left bicep more than the right. Overall though I would NOT worry with it. Keep working and it will even out...hardly noticable.
I agree with Mavy...target the lower pecs more....try Pec dec fly's with your elsbows slightly lower than parallel and cable crossovers holding the contraction at center, concentrate more on the lower half of the pull.

Looks good bro!
