I read that l-arginine REALLY helps with errections

If you are going to supplement with Arginine, make sure that you don't have a history of genital or oral herpes as it can cause the virus to reactivate. If you suffer from asthma, cancer, liver or kidney desease, or schizophrenia then you should limit your use of arginine.

At high doses you may experience diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches, or light-headedness. The recommended dose is 1 to 15 grams per day but start off on the lowest dosage and gradually increase to note any reactions.

If you are using any protein, protein/weight gain, amino acid, hemodilator supplements, then be aware that they all contain Arginine.

Yes it does. However I have experienced diminished results after about 1 month. I cycle it. One month on 2wks off. Thats just me. You will have to experiment to find what works best for you. You may not have to cycle off at all. Just like most supplements...........depends on the person!

Apparently in an Italian study published in the April 2004 Urology volume those that took 2gm of propionyl l-carnitine plus 2gm of acetly l-carnitine "experienced an increase in orgasm and sexual wellbeing" the other group had 160mg of orally indigested of testosterone undecenoate... it claims that "errectile function was considerably more improved in the carnitine group" than that of the testoserone group

check google..... (diagnose me condition andropause male menopause) and the website will come up
