Dont know how it got on their forum but apparently people
are trying to sue them from the side effects from I persume
mag 10 anyone know about this

i dont know if this helps.

But about 5 people in my gym had to stop taking it due to extremely horrendous acne on theyre heads shoulders back chest and just about everywhere. one of them is a close friend and the shit didnt help at all and gave him some stomach probs along with the most severe acne i have ever seen. in reguards to a lawsuit id be interested to see it. maybe companies will stop making such false claims about theyre products and be realistic for a change.

I took mag 10 for three weeks and only gained about 5 pounds, but I went from doing DB bench press with 85lbs. x 10, to doing sets of 100lbs. x 10. I gained some good thickness too. I've been off for two weeks now and haven't noticed any side effects, maybe a little hair loss, but nothing big. No acne anywhere. I'm pretty happy with the results, but I'm gonna get me some 1-AD in about a month and compare. Everyone seems to love that shit, and I can't wait to try it. :D

Since I've used Mag-10, I'll chime in... I went on a 6-7 week straight cycle and saw little in negative sides, but my strength skyrocketed!! And my weight was up a good 15 pounds (some of which was likely water weight).

Some of the people who have problems could have abused it... or as with anything, different people react differently. Some are more prone to male-pattern baldness, some get acne easier, etc.... If you see sides you don't like, quit taking it and never use it again.

Why am I the only one smart enough to put a "take with food" label on my bottle?

Is that the problem? I always took mine upon rising and breakfast followed less than 5 minutes later and had zero problems. It seems like this is the problem since there is no fat in it.

so taking a "1 test" product with food lessens the side effects
Pat ??

Taking it with food would likely reduce any stomach irratation that could occur as a result of the irratative properties of "1-test". I guess some people that have a low tolerance for stomach issues, they could eventually even get an ulcer due to the irratation. I think Biotest does recommend taking Mag-10 with food... even though it may not say on the bottle (I don't remember if it does or not).
