That's now within 26 lbs. of my best when I was young (28?). I'm 43 now. Friday I almost could not move. My back was slumped forward all day. It's improved a lot today. I might skip my deadlifts this week to recover.

I would skip deadlifts for a week to let your body recover.

It sounds to me like you are having a back spasm and all the muscles along your back vertebrae are strained/inflamed from your intense workout. Try to book a massage with a good massage therapist to elevate the area.

Have a hot epsom bath tonight. It'll help immensely.

Also start supplementing with 6-10g of fish oil per day to reduce inflammation in the area.

Whats your bodyweight? Needless to say, thats quite impressive.

I have pulled 550 myself when I was 20, of course using straps (no belt though)

I'm at 192 lbs now. When I was in my late 20's I pulled 501 at about the same bodyweight. I pulled the 501 at the same meet that I squatted 551 and benched 402.

That is a hella lot of weight - quite a feat, especially given your age! I would follow @muskate's suggestion, and give your back a week to get recovered. Also, it would definitely be a great idea to visit a massause, who might relieve your back pretty fast.
