Well, if you are talking strictly Frist Amendment... offensive speech is: fighting words, words of incitement (as in a riot), profanity, obscene pornography (child) --- these forms have NO protection under the first amendment.

Now, certain forms of speech have lesser protection... commercial speech (dealing with advertisements of goods), pornography, and so on.

But here, there isn't really a "governmental" standard as to what is Offensive.

here, George is like the President, Congress and Judiciary. No checks and balances. George has classified what he has considered offensive... speech that will or could cause possible litigation or loss/deterrance of other members from this site.

Not sure if that is an adequate break down... but I'd be happy to elaborate my theory.

Didn't always agree with him, in fact we disagreed vehemently at one point, but all was cool. I think he respected the fact that I disagreed with him and tried to back it up. No hard feelings
