Just make sure you have a contact number. That would suck to drive all the way there, approach the door and see 3 weeks worth of newspapers stacked on the porch now realizing they're on vacation.

You guys are going to have to give me the cliff notes from Sunday Afternoon until Wednesday when I got my phone lines back. Hurricane Dennis prevented me from getting my doses of "As the EF Forums turn".

Miss four days of threads and you feel like a brand new n00b in here.

ulcaster band maybe for good maybe not for saying wished he could strangle another member's puppy and other things

radar and chef got in a tissy at an EF meetup because they had a phone number mix up and missed each other all day after driving for thousands of miles

needtogas has brain damage and cannot spell it's actually been a pretty interesting week but also gay

Yeah, he doesn't bother using a spell checker. Sheesh. Everyone I tell just ignores the advice (CC, gas...etc).

CC's posts are more dyslexic, I think a spell checker would raise a white flag with some of those ravings :)

I have never made fun of Needtogetas' spelling. I take people as they come and how they treat me and upto now Needtogetas has always been nice to me.

It all comes down to judging the content by the wrapping, right?

then again, we are a VERY heterogeneous crowd here in C&C, so you never really know who is talking shit or busting your balls and who is actually trying to get a point across... that only comes with TIME and READING other people's posts... give yourself time to "know" (as good as the media allows it though) people before making a judgement... I jhave done this myself (not jumping on conclusions about people upon reading a single post by then) and it has worked so far.

then again, do it only if you care...one day could be you

just to play the devil's advocate here (at 5am) - I am the type of person that would rather distrust someone at first and then have them earn trust instead of trusting them and waiting for them to prove me wrong. As long as my distrust isn't advertised, no real harm done.
