Well tuna with salsa is pretty good ... as is tuna with soy sauce and mushrooms ... most of the stuff I have with tuna *is* dairy though (quark, cottage cheese, egg whites) .... how about tuna with baked and mashed butternut squash (maybe with some ketchup/salsa too) or in a salad of lettuce, onions, peppers, balsamic vinegar and tomatoes.
you could add tuna to a basic vegetable stir-fry dish as well: bamboo shoots, green beans, mushrooms etc.
What's the no dairy thing about? It's obviously not because your vegan so is it to do with your diet plan or because you're lactose intolerant?
tuna and...
veg stir fry
flaxseed oil and green salad
tuna patties- combine tuna w egg and finely diced veg and fry in non-stick pan; could also add flour/bread crums to this to hold it together better.
i tried a recipe that had canned salmon, protein powder (vanilla), egg and made salmon patties. i think it was on this web site: www.aussiebodies.com.au/
I'm lactose intolerant, and I don't like mayo, mostly cause its fatty, but I'm not crazy about the taste either. Right now, I'm eating tuna salad, or tuna sandwiches, but I'm getting sick of tuna, so I will need to look for other protein sources.
