I need to ask you bros for some advice. If you had too choose

Dont RUN

The coke was purchased from someone (find them). Any information gained defeats his credibility. You dont move pounds of a controlled substance by yourself. Do yourself a favor hire a private detective and a street level junkie. Youll be surprised the information they can get. Also have your attorney subpoena his personnal bank records and cellular phone history. Were the pounds fingerprinted? This should reveal his intent to house the product after his prints are found and not yours. Who purchased the safe and from where? Again shows intent and prior knowledge. Ill stop. Feel free to PM WITH ANY QUESTIONS. Good luck!:)

Hmmm....

1. Mr. X dies and f4209211 is the only one left to be prosecuted.

2. Mr. X gets ruffed up and in turn uses that as an indicator of f4209211's involvement.

Mr.X DOES NOT WANT TO DIE! lol...

TO get serious here, my brother in-law (years ago) as in a simular situation, I'm sorry to say but you might want to consider becoming James Pottingram. It was the best alternative for him, and, in fact, he came out on top. His business partner actually smuggled heroin and sold it out of their accounting office, go figure.

Mr.X

The last thing you want to do is hire someone to do your ex-partner harm. The only thing that will do is make you look guilty AND add to the charges (murder, assualt, etc.).

You are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT! Stay and fight. Get a new lawyer that isn't such a pessimist and fight. If your story is true and you had nothing to do with the coke, your prints won't be on the bags of coke or the safe that contained them. Your bank accounts will not show any unexplained large amounts of cash. That alone is "reasonable doubt". On the other hand, he doesn't sound like the brightest bulb in the box. I bet HIS prints WILL be on the bags of coke and his safe and HIS bank accounts WILL show large amounts of cash unaccounted for. Sounds like a slam dunk to me.

interesting tale

your "buddy" is dealing hundreds of pounds of coke and you knew nothing about it????

Hundreds of pounds of coke and only 150 thousand Bail doesn't make sense to me....but neither does having a partner dealing major ziggy and you not knowing about it?

good luck though

f4209211 Arnt you the same guy that said he applied to become a cop???

If you had your own company and just paid $125,000 bail why would you be applying to become a $30,000 a year cop?????????????????????????????

This is a quote from your post. It says your were just working for this Co. In Dec. But your above post says you own your own Co.

"I have moved to this small town in the middle of fuckin no where, cause i was working for a multi national company that had an office there. But 4 weeks ago, It closed a lot of its offices and laid off quite a few people. "

Good one twippy. You're right. There are a lot of inconsistencies here. I was really starting to feel bad for this ass hole, LOL. Sounds to me like he made the whole thing up.

A lb of coke has a wholesale value of around $50,000. 100 lbs of coke then would be worth $5,000,000 WHOLESALE and a lot more in terms of retail! $150,000 bond definitely doesn't make sense.

Thats really quite smart on your part Bro. Let me explain what the situation is. My ex partner was actually my fathers ex partner. When this firm was started a little more than 2 years ago. I invested a certain amount of money and in it with the understanding that my father would be involved in it actively and i could trust him.

Those were the good old Clinton days. Gas was cheap, Amazon was soaring and everyone related to anything in the IT industry was making money. I was a part of a small start up like everyone else and very initially decided that i would try to cash some stocks and put it in real estate or something. I was lucky to hold on to my job till Jan 2002 and then every thing changed.

While i looked for other jobs and started living off my savings. My investment wasn't paying off in this firm. I sat down with my father and told him that either he can give me my money or time date when he'll have it.

My father left the country in April 2002. The ex partner is claiming that me and my dad knew about it and i asked my father about it. He swears he doesn't know anything about it and i don't know, who or what to believe.

There's a lot of things that happened and i can't write all of them here except i'm fucked in about every single way possible and am thinking for the first time in life of commiting suicide. I hope it passes away soon.
