I need some help please

I bought some testabol enanthate 250mg and some hgh but the hgh did not come with a lable just 10 viels with blue tops, and it is powder, with beijing written in pen on the box, the guy told me im soppost to mix it with bacteriostatic water. Does this sound like i got scamed on the hgh becaues the guy still has not given me no instuctions on how to use it and he is giving me the run around.
Does any body know what i am talking about if so i need some help on how i should take my cycle

1. A waste of your hard earned money
2. A HUGE risk legally
