I need some "Between cycle" Advice.

Alright, I have been on a mass building cycle taking Test and D-bol for about 12 weeks and I will post cycle with clomid. I have gained about 30lbs and most of it is good muscle, I plan to take a 6 week break, and start a deca and winny cycle in mid January.

My problem is, I want to keep as much mass as possible, Of course, but I'm concerned about losing to much muscle.

I have considered bridging something, But I'm not sure how to go about doing that, or Do you think an increase in protein will help?
Any suggestions?
 
Keep cals and protein high, get some anastrozole to go along with the clomid and even some clen. U could also add a low dose of Ox or Primo.
 
i dont suggest you brindge as u will not allow your system to recover fully. let your receptors have a break. your winny, deca cycle will be more productive. anyway in between the cycles there are things u can do to help maintain your weight and strength. good supplements go a long way in helping u preserve the lean muscle u obtained from your cycle. a high protein intake is one of them. take extra amounts of glutamine. 20-30 grams extra a day. creatine at 10 grams a day mixed with dextrose is helpful as well. aslo not training as hard or as frequent during your off times. your body no longer has the recovery ability it had when u were "on " so backing off a bit either by giving some extra rest days or reducing number of exercises or sets would help alot in your recovery. good luck bro. hope this helps.

i've got a buddy that is bridging with: Slin, Cell Tech, Glutamine and massive amounts of Protien. He just came off of a harsh fina, test and strol cycle, he's been off for about 4 weeks now and hasnt lost but about 3 lbs. If you decide to bridge with slin BE CAREFUL, it can be dangerous if you dont know ur shit (it can be dangerous even if you do) So read up.

Bridging

I do some pretty heavy cycles. usually short intense cycles lasting about 30 days. Downtime is usually only about 3 weeks. After that I've found that 400mg per week of deca for 4 weeks keeps me straight until I start another heavy cycle.

I know It's not for everyone but it works well for me.

Like I said , I will be starting a Deca and winny cycle in January. I am about 15% bf right now and my goal is about 8 or 9% by March.
I know when I start heavy cardio I will lose some mass then.

So what do you think, should I try to keep putting on mass until January and then start to cut, or begin the cardio now and take the loses and then build back up when I begin the next cycle?
 
I bridged right into this cycle. Im up 20lbs after 5 weeks, and this is my 4th cycle! It feels like my first cycle!

In my opinion, the theory about bridging down grading your receptors is fuckin bullshit.
 
Do you have a show you're cutting for or just trying to look good for the summer?

If it's a show, starting to early can hurt you. If you're just cutting for looks you can do what you like. Start now and if you don't like what you see in a few weeks eat for a little while and start again.

I'm not cutting for a show, that's a little way down the road. But I do want to get a head start on the spring and summer.

What do you think would be good to stack with the Deca in the early part of the cycle?

I will probably take some clen during this cycle also, but I still would like to put on some more mass as well as cut.

Any suggestions?:)
 
What I've found

is that if I use test during my cutting phase I am able to restrict my carbs enough to lose a good amount of fat while retaining muscle fairly well. The lack of carbs will help keep the water retention down. Eating clean will also give you a good, cut look.Not like a show but better than the bodies around you.

Another option is Trenbolone with the deca. Tren is expensive put it seems to let you get away with eating more calories to maintain size.

If you're not doing a show you have alot of room to experiment.

If it were me I'd go ahead and start the deca and add the test or tren in about 4 to 6 weeks. By then you'll know if your diet is working and if you're losing to much muscle ad the calories back and the juice should help you get your size back fairly quickly.

I'd be interested in knowing what some of the other guys do.
