I am 140lbs. and 5'10"

I have been taking 8-10 pink Thailand D-bols(Anabol) a day and working out monday, wednesday, and friday of every week(on workout days I take 10)

I have been taking the D-bols now for 8 days and I see absolutely NO results but I kno for a fact they are real. And I always thought that unlike needles, when you take pills they work right away :confused:

Am I over-reacting? and when will I actually see definite results? Because I am ready to go insane thinking these things won't give me enough results that I will be happy and I have about 150 of them left after already taking about 100. I think that maybe I should just stop now and start to stack them with a deca cycle.
PLEASE HELPPPP!!! I'm losin my minddddddd

I'm curious why you are even taking anything at all?

I cannot take you seriously... you should never consider the use of anabolics unless you have done extensive research and have at least worked out for several years.

It's people like you that are the reason I'm doin the cycle in the first place... and a very good friend of mine was the same size as me and did the same cycle I'm doin now and gained a good 20 lbs. but I think it may be because of his genetics that he did so well with his cycle because alot of people who have done a plain d-bol cycle said it's a waste and that d-bols are like candy. I'm just askin for help, if you don't have anything good to say don't say it at all, thanx

And it's not like I'm clueless about this all.. The reason I'm doin the D-bol cycle and not deca or test is because I don't want my head looking like a peanut compared to my body. I'm eating 5 meals a day, each consisting of 100g of carbs, 40g of protein, and 20g of fat. I was most concerned on how fast I should see solid results that's all.
 
Yeah...I don't think you have to worry about your head becoming a peanut compared to your body reguardless of the drugs you use.

You are not making gains because...

A) You don't know how to train properly
B) You are not eating properly
C) Your gear is Fake
D) All of the Above



At 5'10" and 140 pounds you have absolutely no business doing AAS, just doing more harm than good.
 
Thx and Citrus weren't being mean, stick around and you'll see what I mean. First of all if you want to do juice do it for yourself, not because of the "people like you" that you mentioned. I think what the other guys were trying to say was that you probably should try gaining weight naturally first and only use AS as your last option.

Please don't take this the wrong way, as it is intended to help (and maybe give you hope) but you are not doing ANYTHING right.

1.) You are not training nearly enough. I think you should be at the gym 1 hour to 1.5 hours, 5-6 days a week, especially when taking AS. Concentrate on basic, heavy exercises, and make sure to go especially hard on BACK, LEGS, and CHEST. Concentrate on biceps and you might gain half a pound.

2.) You are not eating enough. You should Double the amount of Protien in your diet. At least. You need protein shakes in you don't have them already. Eggs, and 2% milk are two of the best foods for gaining weight.

3.) A d-bol cycle is(in my opinion) a waste of time. You are taking too much D-bol, and not stacking it. Let me repeat that. Waste of time. If you want something that will work, try this.

Week 1-10 250mg Sustanon 250 every 5 days
Week 1-4 25mg D-bol every day

That should make you grow, and give you a chance to keep what you gained. You may also want to include Nolvadex,(10mg ed) as both above mentioned substances aromatize at a high rate.
 
Honestly it was a joke, but I was pretty sure you weren't for real. I actually went to a BMI page (after writing my post) to see if it was really possible to be 5'10" and 140#. It is. I thought it was complete BS that someone could be that size and actually considering steroids.

You sound too young, or at least too inexperienced, to be doing this in the first place.

When I was in High School was 5'6" and 170 pound, One summer shot up to 6'4' and gained only 10 pounds. Its just being young and high metabolism.

Pink Dbols are hit or miss, there are fakes out there, if you have not noticed in increase in apppetite and motivation to train then they might be fake. After day 3 or 4, I can feel them kicking in.

If they are not fake, then I would take 4-6 tabs a day, especially at your weight. the more you take the more water you retain and side effects show up.
 
You're right it was disrespectful, I'm sorry for that.

Do yourself a favor, save the remaining dbol and stop your cycle. Spend a lot of time training. Learn how to train first. My guess is, at 140# and 5'10, you probably have one of those bodies that will just refuse to put on muscle or fat or anything without a tremendous amount of food (and, yes, possibly gear) so it might be that none of your training ever actually results in any real gains for you. But, then again, maybe I am wrong. Either way, if you hold off on the anabolics and learn how to train first then when you do try a cycle you will be going into it with a clear understanding of how to really make that cycle work for you.

I know at 18 it seems like you have to have your goals met NOW, even at 32 I feel that way, but there really isn't anything "wrong" with being 5'10" and 140lbs. Get comfortable with that first and take it slowly, you will get further in the long run that way.

I was 140lbs. at 5'10 2 years ago. I was only about 2 percent bf, but I was still pretty small. This was partly due to some...er...unhealthy recreational passtimes. I started eating alot and training (naturally) and put on a good 35 lbs of muscle in 2 years. You may want to see what you an accomplish naturally before you start with juice.
 
How are you sure your gear is real. Most people would at least be retaining a little water with that dose by now. Your diet is the first thing I would take a look at. I have seen people run the same amounts, of the exact same gear, from the same source, and one will make huge gains while the other will make none. Diet and training are the key, as well as having legit gear.

Dude, if you have to use the excuse that because of other people you have to use steroids. I feel sorry for you. See, I don't let other people make the decisions in my life. I make the decisions. All this tells me is that you are a weak minded soul that needs some guidance other than what we here can give you.

Well then if you know for a fact that they are real then you would know what to do. Sounds like maybe you need to learn some proper training and eating habits.
P.S. Not trying to be forward, but you should research everything before you start so you know what you are getting into.

AHHHH I luv this message board! You are all good peoples and thanx for all the good advice... It gave me a kick in the ass and as stubborn as I am I know that I need to focus more and do this right. I do have psychological problems when it comes to my looks and it sounds like a joke but I am really crazy about my body. For the past 6 months I have been miserable and I don't even wanna go out anymore. :mix: Whenever I think that this is not 100% true I go out to see if maybe I will have a good time but I don't. As one would wonder about my height and weight.... I understand because it is so uncommon and most people don't know what to do when I tell them about my body. The way I know these D-bols are not fake is that when I first took them and until this day, it feels that whenever I lift somebody is helping me... and I do weight that I was never able to do, not to mention I always somehow happen to do another full rep when I would normally go to failure. I did gain about 5 lbs. in the week I was doing them but I don't count it because when I was on creatine I was that same weight and until I go over it I won't feel like they are really kicking in. What shape are they? I know they are pink. Are they pressed good or are they chalky. It is possible that they are good fakes of a weaker anabolic.

they are pink and 5 sided, one side is plain and the other has a line that divides the pill... they taste chalky. My friend got them from some doctor and I was there when he opened up the bottle that said anabol and the pills came in a plastic seal with 1,000 of them in it. They are real.

SK I read up on B-12 and it seems legit... it is very hard for me to keep up on my eating and I do it, but I get myself sick every day.

I really don't want the people that have been reading this thread to think I'm doing this cycle to take the easy way out. I know it seems like it because I am only 18 and I don't seem to know anywhere close to as much as you people, but I have tried alot of stuff believe me and I don't know what else is left for me to do except a cycle. I go to the gym regularly and even though I want to go 5-6 days a week I was told by good friends of mine and I have read that I should go 3 days only because my body needs rest and without that I won't grow. All the gym has done for me in the past is keep my body lookin super ripped and I look like a picture of a person with no skin on his body, just muscle HAHA. I have tried EVERYTHING to gain weight naturally and it just won't happen. I have a ridiculously high metabolism and even with weight gainer and creatine and all that stuff I wasn't able to put on good weight. That is why I am turning to the D-Bol. I am sure most of you are around 200lbs. and have great bodies and most people tell me that I will never live to be that weight and it really makes me feel like shit. So just please understand that I'm not some lazy piece of shit that just feels like taking the easy way out, I really kill myself trying to look the way I want and every night before I go to sleep I drink a carbo force, 3 servings of nitro tech, and 2 handfulls of almonds... the reason I do this at night right be4 I go to sleep is because it gives me the biggest stomache ache and the only way I won't throw up is if I lay down right away, but I do it anyway because it counts as a meal! So anyway, I'm sure you guys are probably looking at this post saying I'm a fool and that there are so many things I can do other than roids, but I have tried everything I know of and im cursed with this high metabolism... I am the hardgainer of the millenium!!! im done for the night... thanx again to everybody who replied, all the info is very helpfull and I actually printed some of it out to go up on my wall with thumbtacks! goodnite
 
Bro you just need to relax a little. LOL the head like a peanut thing is funny. I don't think you have to worry about that. I would seriously consider doing 200-250mgs test or deca with the dbols. I am sure you won't keep that much you put on. If you put on any. Do you have a post cycle prepared??? I think if your diet is good and training is good and the Ds aren't working you need to try something else. I would think 8 days is enough to feel something on the Ds and some water weight. Be a man and INJECT! J/K, but you should consider it. I think you need to pull yourself together before you do anything. FUQ everyone else, I would never make a decision only because of what other people say. I am sure the skeleton jokes bother you but you need to be strong and not base an important decision on such things... Just remember that any muscle you put on will look incredible because I am sure you have little body fat.

My friend, who I think now posts here, started working out at 5'10 128lbs...a real stick! Over the course of 1year he shot up to 170lbs (not all muscle) but he and his family are all thin as hell..no muscle. The key?: eating eating eating. When he got that right the weight started coming. with your frame and metablolism nothing less that 4000cals a day is in order.
 
I think your friend is lying to you about only working out 3 times a week. If your staggering results aren't enough proof for you to want to explore other options, I don't know what is. You need to eat. A couple nitrotech bars and some almonds... Seems like your trying hard, but you have to use your brain. It all boils down to a science, and juice is only one part of the equation. Your smart, you have a brain that works. Calculate how many calories you take in per day. Be exact. Now start adding, and keep adding until you gain some weight. Drink protien shakes for snacks 6 or 7 times during the day. If you have trouble gaining, have plenty of fat and your protien should be @ 400 grams/day. Work out six days a week, an hour to an hour and a half per day.

Day 1 Chest
Day 2 Biceps/forearms
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Triceps/calves
Day 5 Back
DAy 6 shoulders
Day 7 rest day

Absolutely no aerobics. Only basic heavy exercieses with good form for 6-10 reps upper body, 8-12 reps lower body. Try this for 1 year, adding calories untill you start to gain weight. If that doesn't work, then start to research what type of or combination of AS would be best.

I find that not only hurtful but offensive. I am part russian jew and some of my relatives were in a concentration camp where they were much lighter than 140 lbs. You are a horrible person and obviously have serious anti-semitic beliefs. The constitution entitles you to your opinion but it is not one that our founding fathers would respect or approve of.
 
i don't here fellas, i started out at 5'11", 130 lbs. but i lifted naturally for 3 years and went up to 165. now i weigh 210lbs with some previous help. i think that some people don't understand that some people aren't as gifted as others, and it pisses me off. as far as your question goes, i can tell that you are inexperienced with AS, this is a downfall for you, don't expect huge gains when you put all of your effort into your gear and not your diet and training/sleeping....

I would tell you that D-bol's not the answer but I did D-bol when I was 15 and gained weight and muscle like it was going out of style. I was 115 # but that was 1965 .That was when you could get D-bol's without prescription. Are you sure that your D-bol's are legit? Cause when I did them I took two a day and gained weight in a couple of weeks. I did take a while . Perhaps your not giving it enough time. No way any body with out experience should do more than 50mgs a day. A newbie at your age would do 20mgs a day ,that's it. Pay attention to others ,and thier work out schedule ,you'll grow !

I started lifting when I went inside out of neccesity. Every day I would work out and then eat like i wasn't going to get food for the next week. I would take your food, his food and everyone elses that didn't know better. After 2 years I knew every trick in the book and could work a shank like it was nobodys business.

In 1990 I joined the Navy at a height of 5'10' and a body weight of 129lbs.

I came out of bootcamp at 143lbs. I later went into training at BUDS, and although I did not finish it, I came away at 147lbs, all muscle.

I then began to identify with myself as a lean and muscular guy, but I wanted size.

At 24 I started in the gym, and at 28 I did my first cycle. In two years I gained a pretty fair amount of muscle, topping out at about 195 ish. I was not ripped, but I was sort of lean. I had long blonde hair, and a dark tan.

A year later I lost an acting gig to a guy 6'1' and about 175, absolutely shredded.

the instant he took off his shirt, I knew I looked like a fag. I decided right then and there that I was going to get absolutely ripped to the bone, and dense, regardless of size.

I ate just chicken breast for eight weeks, with a fiber supplement, and went down to 155, ripped and weak. I hit a cycle of test, clen, and equipoise, bringing the eq up to 600-ish mg/week for about seven months. I only got up to about 180, and I was still kind of soft. I continued with only clen and my doses skyrocketed, but I got a pretty good look. Then I tried winstrol, and the rest is history. I lived on it, solid, for months. Unfortunately I was also using other drugs heavily. I got sick after about a year. BAD sick.

I did, however, in 1998 acheive a body fat of 4%, and at a weight of 161 or so I was benching 330 and squatting 315 full to the floor for reps. I was a solid piece of mahogany, right up until the hep got me.

I have cycled woth more respect now, and I prefer ox to anything else. Tren is awesome, but the results are too temporary for my liking. I am currently ripping out on a low dose of test and ox.

I weigh about 175 at around 6% with good vascularity right now. This summer I will dip to 5% and line things out, get some added density. I gain roughly two pounds of muscle a year, if that, but my density seems to improve a little even if my gains are small.

But hey, that's me.

So, and I don't mean to interject here, you are saying that you are tough because you grew up in "philly" (Philidelphia to the layperson) and because you spent your youth in prison. How does that make you tough? Just says to me that you spent time in prison and that you grew up in philidelphia....doesn't say to me that you are tough in any way, shape, or form.

I grew up in Canada....does that mean you are tougher than me or that I am tougher than you? I think not.

BTW it is my experienece that kids who grew up in rural settings are MUCH tougher and hardier than any fucking city kid. SOrry bro, you might want to rethink your definition of "tough".
