Taking Deca 250 - 1cc weekly
About to start taking Test 250 - 2x weekly with Deca.
After 3 weeks wanted to up Deca to 1.5 cc once a week and leave Test at 250 2x week.
Is this a good stack or do you have any other suggestions without adding other supplements to the stack?
I'm on my first week now.

dont know about the deca but yes test at 500 pr week is good
 
this is the first time ever taking something other than protien
well to honest then bro i would just do with the test and se how u respond to cycling same the decca for next time ........(have you done all your research on PCT?)
thats what i did ..well...untill the 5th week then i threw in BEASTDROL :evil:

i dont know if anyone would recommend deca for the first time
 
i was gonna just do deca and evryone i talked to said to run test with it .i have both on hand i can do one at a time if u thank that will give me the best results.yes i study the pct.took deca one time already wich was sunday.most peaple i talk to stack it with three different things like dbal or tren. i dont realy want to go that far just looking for around 25pds and hopping to keep 15. and get alot sronger.example max bench 225 hoping for 275 probley not gonna happen but might get me close i hope thanks for the help going to that web sight to check it out

To answer your question, NO it's not good

Suggestion would be to stop the deca and run the test ALONE for a 1st cycle. However, not knowing any of your stats, even that is piss poor advice....
 
Assuming you are old enough, and know how to train and eat, add the test(and maybe consider dropping the deca for now...save it for next time). Since its your first cycle, getting your max bench to 275 should be super easy...I'd say shoot for 3 plates (315 lbs).

You do have your training and diet down, right? And your pct is good to go?
