^how were you able to do that and have enough room in ur refrigerator?? Is it rele as easy as it sounds?
One of the easiest meals to prep for me when I'm at home is this..
Big container of oats n Greek yogurt mixed with some chocolate whey and almonds( easy and can make enough to munch on for days)
Hard boil 12 eggs( eat as many as you can stomach a day)
Cook a pot of rice and buy them Costco or whatever bulk packs of chicken. Cook like 10 at a time and chop it up , throw it into the rice pot and stir lol , fill up Tupperware containers and bring with you.
Umm what else , pick up a loaf of rye bread and premake like 5 cans of Tina and refrigerate. Make tuna Sammie's on rye
Pot of low sodium Kraft dinner with chicken or beans or tuna mixed in. This is a great bulker
Pound back handfuls of mixed Un salted nuts I between meals
Natural peanut butter by the tablespoons right down the hatch
can someone please help me set up foods for my diet. looking for about 6,000 calories a day. prefured 7 meals. thank you
