I need help with Anadrol

how much rest should i give between each set??? and should i mix bi excercises with tri's, or should i just do all the bi excercises and than do all the tri excercises???

You should either do the bis or tris first, don't mix the excersises. i also think it would be beneficial to do the bis and Tris on separate days as you will be able to put in more intensity into each part.
As far as rest goes 1-2 minutes is good when putting on size, compound like squats and deadlifts need more rest 3-4 min.
 
this may sound harsh mate but you dont seem to know the basic exercises to build a decent foundation of muscle! yet you think steriods is your next step forward-WRONG! you need to learn how to do bodybuilding first -both diet and training .your no where near your genetic limit yet and will have high test levels so just train and eat right dude nd you can put on 20-30 ibs of muscle easily over time -maybe more mate
 
i take about 2000-2200 calories a day....1-day i do 200 pushups- 2 minutes rest in between, and between each set i do dumbell bicep curl (3 sets, 7 reps each, using 30lbs).
and than i go on my resistance machine, and workout my triceps, chests, deltoids.

the next day is the same 200 pushups with 2 minute rest..and than once i'm done with push-ups, i do dummbell overhead single arm tricep extension (3 sets, 15 reps each arm, -15lbs) , and than i do another 3 sets of dummbell over head tricep extension using both hands (3 sets, 15 reps using both arms, and 30lbs).
and than i go on my resistance machine, and workout my biceps, back, deltoids.

the problem is no matter how much i work out my arms.. they never get sore, ever since i did that steroid cycle which inflated my muscles. is it possible that it stopped my muscle growth forever????
Take this as a positve - your routine sucks! But that's a good thing since it explains why you aren't growing. Your routine screams "endurance" - you aren't tearing up muscle so it can grow.

Dump the push-ups. Go online and look up some hardcore triceps exercises - Close grip bench presses, skull-crushers, overheads, straight bar pushdowns. Do MINIMUM 3 exercises, 3 sets of 8-10 reps, each. Do them with weight to where your last couple reps are almost immposible to do. Your rest period should be enough for you to go back at the same weight perhaps slightly tougher, but not so long that you are able to push through them too easy. Same with biceps - Barbell curls (wide grip and close grip), dumbbell curls, Hammers, etc. Do tris and bis on different days, and the other days work your other body parts (working other parts during the rest of the week will feed your arms). Do them once a week for now. If you are not sore within 48 hours, then the next time push yourself harder!

And up your calories, making sure to get plenty of protein spread out during the day. What is your actual diet?
 
Everyone here is giving you great advice. Here is the bottom line. Eat 6-7 times a day-get plenty protien and complex carbs-10 hours of sleep a day- needto has the best supplement line- SQAUT SQUAT SQUAT BENCH DEADLIFT SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT-you will grow
 
okk...there's something wrong, because yesterday i busted my ass working on my triceps....and yet i did not feel a single bit of sore..

i read in an article, that once you start steroids at a young age- you will never reach your natural potential unless you do more roids. is that true??? becuz my world is about to end if it is.....

i think i made a very bad decision of doing m1t at 16 yrs old.. i really regret it. but i just hope that didnt end my dreams of reaching my maximum potential..

Anadrol is fine.

Eating is your problem..

stop over thinking it, take your A50 yum yums, go workout and eat eateat.
 
just read your routine.. that is bad.

join a gym and go over to the weight lifting forum and diet forum..

then take A50...

and test.

If you're not getting sore then your form is wrong or you're not using enough weight, when i train i can hardly lift my arm to eat.

Sweet baby Jebus.... to answer your original question, yes. You have probably done harm to your body that you will never be able to fix. You started off way too young. YOU STARTED AT 16!!! Holy crap...
