I am trying to create my protein mix in protein factories lab. Here are my goals
-somewhat lactose intolerant
-want to put on weight fast
-will take 1 shake after workout and one in morning
-money is not a huge factor
I have a extremely high metabolism. I have a very clean diet with protein coming from meat mostly and carbs from rice and potatoes. These shakes are only an addition to my diet. I need help on what % to mix in my protein. How much percentage of protein, carbs, amino acids? Also maybe some help on what type of protein and carbs to use from their lab choices. Thanks.
