I feel like I have reached a bump in the road, as far as gains go, and I need a little help getting over it. I currently take Pro Complex Whey and Creatine (month on, month off). I was thinking of trying some 1-AD but I don't know much about it and I have read that you have to cycle in 6-OXO. Is that true? That seems like that could get pretty expensive. Is the cycle, one month 1-AD, one month 6-OXO. If there is any other products you would suggest I am all ears. If this is a bad idea please let me know, I don't want anything that is unhealthy.
