i need help fellas..

basically my hip flexor is hurting..it feels like it pops everything i do with my legs..i squatted heavy on thursday but i cant immagine it can be from that now (monday)..i just started feeling it today and it is killing me..can anyone help me? please?

Are you taking anything now? Winny can cause severe joint pains. If not, I would definitely see a doc, just to be safe.

well thanks guys i am not on roids..but it is 75% percenty better today and im sure it will be gone soon, if it isnt i am going to see a doc but freakin last nite i pulled a muscle in my back while i was sleeping..FUCK!! hope it gets better by tommarrow or i am going to have to take off again...FUCK!!...thanks guys
