what is trianing and cv regime?
basically i've cut all sugars out of my diet. no more candy, soda, or even juice. strictly water to drink. i only eat carbs before hitting the gym. im living on omlettes, grilled chicken, and salmon. so far so good. its been 4 days and i've lost a pound and a half. havent felt sluggish at the gym. im taking methyl ripped as well right now. pretty decent supplement. havent had and "down energy times" as i used to when dieting.
im following a routine suggested earlier to me of 20 minutes treadmill. 20 minutes eliptical, 20 minutes bike. so far so good guys
