i need help/advice about my first cycle...

first off, let me start this by saying that im very new to working out. i used to naturally be athletic and in very good shape without needing the gym, but a few years back, i suffered a bad ankle injury and had to have 3 surgerys done just so i could walk again, let alone run or play sports.

that out of the way, im currently horribly out of shape. I'm 24 years old, im 5'8'' and i weigh 225 pounds. i havent had a body fat measurement done, but id say it has to be near 30% if not worse. what i want for myself is to get back down to around 190 pounds and have a lean/shredded physique. i recently started going to the gym and doing some cardio and light weights. i cant say my diet is up to par with where i know it should be, but im doing as best as i can to limit the junk and eat healthy. my problem is i dont know what sort of routine would best fit a person in my position. i walk/jog about 30 minutes a day, and as pathetic as it sounds, i have no routine at all with the weight lifting portion of my gym visits. im desperate for advice as to a routine that would help me out. my friend suggested i try a cycle of winny to help my cause.

any help and advice would be GREATLY appreciated. i thank you all in advance.

Your friend has no idea what he is talking about....Diet, diet, diet, then start working out 5 days a week get a routine down, do cardio everyday in the am on an empty stomach, diet, diet, diet, then after at least 1 year then start RESEARCHING different possibilities. You should never jump into something as serious as AAS. IMHO

its impossible for me to work out in the mornining...i work the morning morning shift in a hosiptal and start at 6...what kind of diet do you suggest?
im already phasing out all the sugar and sweets...should i cut carbs out too? high protein? i truly am going into this more or less blind and need all the help i can get

There are a lot of different cutting diets out there. You have to figure out what you feel comfortable with. I would contact a nutritionist, you work at a hospital with doctors, you should be able to find one reasonably quick. Being that you have no real experience in working out or dieting i would not try any diet or gym regimen too drastic.

Start with light cardio circuit workouts and 45mins to an hour of light cardio a day. When you start to feel like you can up the intensity on the cardio then do it.

Good luck with coming back from your injury.

First off, good job on getting your diet back in check. Unfortunately, there is no cycle that is going to do what you are looking for bro.

The only thing thats gonna get you where you want to be is diet and cardio. The best cardio you can do is to get out and run. I mean outside, not on the treadmill. If you can't do that, look into different routines on the cardio machines. Like 20 mins stairstepper, 20 mins bike, 20 mins treadmill.

You have to work outside your comfort zone too. Your workouts should should not be easy, they should be kicking your ass. Not including your warmup and stretching, try to get at least 45 mins cardio per day.

If you have never lifted weights before I don't even know where to begin. Your best bet is to get with someone you know who has experience and have them train you a couple times.

So after reading the responses and taking into consideration other threads that i've read, ive decided to drop the winny completely and just focus on diet and cardio with light weights to go along with it. i just wanna thank you guys for all your advice...you know who u guys are

ill keep you guys up to date with where im at down the road

TREADMILL....STAIRCLIMBER......ELIPTICAL.....just do cardio cardio and more cardio bro...i wouldn't worry very much about weight till you get your bodyfat back down and then start the training!!

if u work at a hospital, you should know better than to jump into someething you obviously not ready for and have not researched about.. AS will not make u loose fat. diet and training/ cardio will help you drop lbs. it may be hard for u at a hosp worker.. bt try and prepare meals (chicken and sweet potatoes) and have that every 2- 2.5 hours.
