I need advice from all you juice heads!

Sounds like your problem in the muscle growth department is strictly related to your lack of knowledge of the most IMPORTANT aspect of bodybuilding...DIET...Not a flame by any means, just a wake up call. No steroind will make you grow without adequate calories and the right amounts of nutrients. Yes, 300g is very easy, actally...I get 475g a day and am still hungry all the time. The reason you need more calories...lots more...is because you're trying to build muscle mass. This is a very calorie consuming process. It takes a lot of food energy and amino acids to build large amounts of muscle tissue. In order to gain weight(muscle) you MUST consume more calories than you burn. This will put you in a position to be anabolic(synthesizing complex substances from simpler ones). Gear ENHANCES this effect, but without adequate nutrients and thus calorie support there is no substrate to synthesis into a complex substance. In this case muscle. Muscle isn't manufactured from air. It has to be built from something. Carbs are needed to fuel intense weight training and to spare protein. It also provides energy to carry out the process of anabolism. Protein is what the muscle is made of. Fats are used for myriad of operations including synthesis of hormones. When trying to grow you need more than usual of all these nutrients...That's why you need more calories...esspecially protein. Your body needs more to grow more. You can't JUST put on muscle. This is a notion you need to get out of your head if you want to grow. This is the biggest mistake people make, as I mentioned earlier. You will gain some fat while adding muscle...Look at any pro bodybuilder in the true off season...you may not recognize them. You won't get fat by the true meaning of the word but by bodybuilding standards it is fat. It comes with the territiory. You won't reach full pottential until you realize this and suck it up. As guards said...It sounds like you're relying too much on the juice. Remember...Muscle is not made form AS...it's made from the food you eat while on the enhanced effects of AS.

cut-up before next bulking cycle, your body will respond better to you bulking cycle after you get cut, also you wont have to worry about putting on as much body-fat. for cutting i suggest using tren @50mg/ed with some eq @50mg/ed; for bulking: test @500-750mg/week with some anabolic like eq or tren or deca

I understand what everyone is saying with the bulk up and just gain as much weight as you can in the offseason. I understand but do not agree. I think moderation and consistency is the key in all aspects of bodybuilding. I, myself, do not bust my ass in the gym, use steroids and gh and eat seven times a day so I will look good for a month or two out of the year. Some of the pros you are speaking about do gain 60 or so pounds in the offseason but they look like fat bloated pigs. I saw Lee Priest at the Arnold Classic a few years back and he was a fat slob. He looked absolutely horrible. He was probably pushing 270 and his face looked like an oversized basketball. He does look great when dieted down but why walk around like a fat ass the rest of the year. In the offseason I still pay close attention to my diet. I make sure I eat six 50 grams of protein meals and I keep my carbs clean. I'll eat some junk every once and a while when I feel the urge. I really do not think there is any reason to overeat. Bodybuilding is a very long process and if you put on 10 pounds of lean muscle a year you are doing a great job. I really do not think it is necessary to balloon up 60 pounds in the offseason in order to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle over the year. Let your bodyfat to climb to around 10% at the most. That way you still look good all the time. Like I said before, why put in so much work to only look good a few months out of the year?

YOU CAN NEVER EAT TOO MUCH!!!!

Get on a see-food diet: You see food.......EAT IT!!!!!!!

That is how you bulk

ok i get it,... thats wht i was trying to do... eat as much as i can but if there is no room to eat more then what a, i supposed to do? if your body hasint digested the food yet, does it need it? itwas sooo hard to eat and drink that prolab weigh gainer....that has alot of protein tho like 53g per serving or somethign but i still think that wasint enought then with the food... anyways now that i feel like i have alot of fat, should i do a cutting cycle and then do a bulking cycle again and with all the calories?
