I need advice from all you juice heads!

Guys i need cycle advice...read the whole post before going to another one... anywys i just come off my 300mg of Laurabolin and 500mg of sustanon/week cycle... i was on it for 7 weeks...anywas im only 5'5 and weigh arounf 150 at my hight so i need to gain weight bad... i got a small frame so i know there is not much i can put on it..well actually there is but i know ill have to keep jucing to keep it so i just want to get to a nice size that i can keep naturally and then stop jucing..anywas i was about 145 before that cycle and i went up to 155 which really sucks... not that im off my weight is around 150 and probobly dropping but i still look bigger.. so anyways i need to put on more size and get cut.. i got a demn belly thta i want o tget rid of and i dunno what to do for my next cycle.... should i get cut right now and then do a bulking cycle? here is what i can get and what im gonna get for sure:



Omnadren

Laurabolin (sucks)

EQ

Finabolin

Dbol



Finabolin im gonna get for sure but i dunno what i shoudl stack it with....anywas what bothers me alot is that you can see the muscle only when im flexing so do i need to get cut or harden up? and what should i do with the Fin?... i need to pput on more size and get cut and get rid of that fucking belly...should i take clen on my cycle?...post your opinions and ideas of what kinda cycle i should construct heheh... thenx guys

sorry but this post didint show up like it was supposed to... the list of juice i can get was supposed to be all lined up but instead it showed up as one paragraph... oh yea and before you guys start flamming me , i just want to say that not everyone wants to be a 250 pound animal and not everyone can... demn my genetics.. i hate my small frame
 
You have already made the biggest mistake you can make. You are chasing conflicting goals...Let me reiterate that because it NEVER gets through to most people...YOU ARECHASING CONFLICTING GOALS. You are trying to "cut" and "bulk" at the same time. It does'nt work that way. You basically said you want to gain weight and loose weight at the same time. Think about that for a minute...Does'nt make sense does it? Body fat PERCENTAGE% may drop as you add muscle but you really havn't lost any weight. The ratio of lean body mass to fat mass has changed. This simple ratio fools most people so they think they have actually lost fat while bulking. Thus they spread the word that it can be done. It can't. You need to pick ONE objective and put full concentration and dedication into it. If you want to bulk, you must dedicate yourself to bulking...putting on mass. This means you have to get the thought of ripped abs out of your head. Most people never realize thier full potential because they simply can't get the thought of being cut out of thier head while trying to put on mass. Now, this certainly is no excuse to become a fat ass. You still must eat clean and properly, but you won't be ripped lean while adding mass. There are a few genetically gifted individuals whose body's simply refuse to add fat. This is the minority of the minority though. The fact for most of us is that we will add some fat and edema while putting significant muscle mass on...It's physiology. Pick one goal. Your just chasing your tail if you try to do both...You won't catch it. As for AS. Quite frankly anything will work. Test is always best. Food is what builds the muscle, not the gear. AS enhances the foods conversion into muscle mass.
 
thats what i was doing before... i love the endurance d-bols gime.. only took em once... anywas im gonna take Fin and maybe d-bol with it? and what else should i take and how much?t
 
I know where you are coming from and I think I can advise you from experience. I have a similar frame as you described. I am 5'5'' and when I started weightlifting I was 128 pounds. You can progress and you can build a great physique. I was able to push my bodyweight to 200 at about 10% bodyfat before I started my diet for my last contest which I competed at a ripped 175. The key is to realize that bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint. You should, as conan said, base your cycles around testosterone, d-bols and if you can get them anadrols. Use deca to help with your joints as you are getting stronger. Stay away from drugs like winstrol and primo because they will not give you the gains you are looking for. Also always use an anti-estrogen, arimidex at .25mgs a day if you can get it or 10 mg of noveldex a day. You need to eat 300 grams of protien every day and be consistant in your training. Agree fully with Beezers, when I try to bulk I bulk, no matters me my bodyfat level, when I cut I cut.
If you are bulking eat all you want, gain mass,train heavy become big nad when you dier down you will see you have become so much bigger.
Let me say do as pros do, they gain 60-70 pounds offseason, diet 30 pounds but at the end they are 30 MUSCLE pounds heavier

Beezers: i didint mean i want to do it at the same time... i meant i want to put on the size first and then get cut and thats why i diidnt knwo if i should put clen to my cycle.... when you do a bulking cycle how come alot of people say that you need to eat alot of calories? i mean i dont want to put on fat, i just want to put on muscle... and i need to burn this fat off...anyway the more muscle you have on your body , the more fat your body burns alsow..



pgerardone: you said i need to eat 300g of protein a day... is that possible? i dont eat all that much trough out the day... im guessing its because im only like 150 and my body doesintneed that much

Yellowbomber and everyone else: you mean i should do a few bulink cycles and then cutting cycles? anywas when the pros do it they take a few bulking and then cutting right? but after they go back to bulking again to gain mnore size right? well what kind should i do now? whats good with Fin?dbol?... i need this all planned out and i guess i need advice on a cycle and diet... oh and dont worrk about anti estrogen... i got some clomid and i didint have problems on 500mg of sust and 300 of laur a week and on another cycle i was doing 6 d-bols a day and had no prob with gyno....
