Not sure if I want a touch screen, or a Blackberry
Mostly used for web, very little email, and photos.
Verizon as a carrier.
Would like the BB that ATT has that is a touch screen but also has keyboard.
What's the best Blackberry?
Should I get a new Droid? There are so many wtf

What ever phone you choose I would like to crush it over your head, for not getting me unbant, the other day.

cool bro, then I'll take an IPAD and smash you in the face making you uglier than you already are. Then I'll set you on fire and poop on you.

I've had a Iphone, BB Storm, Palm Treo, Motorola Droid (that broke) and now a Droid X

I thought nothing would ever top my Treo (loved it), the DX blows it outta the water. The voice recognition is perfect, the touchscreen is accurate and smooth, internet is superfast even if i'm sitting in a parking garage basement. I've gotten over 3 hrs of footage on this phone, the microphone pics up sound perfectly when taping. I cancelled my home RoadRunner service and simple use my phone as my router at DSL speeds, for free! The navigation is WAY better than my $200 Garwin, constant traffic updates, etc All your social networking is linked to your DX, instead of having to login each site, easy replies. I dunno, i'm not one to usually preach about gadgets but this thing is so fuckin sweet I don't even go on my home CPU anymore, the phone is like a little laptop

There ARE two drawbacks I don't like (but its obvious) The phone is light but the screen is big so it drains battery pretty quick. It comes with 8gig SD card and 16gig internal so it's 24 STOCK gigs, the problem is playing music from the phone isn't the quality clear sound it should be (Iphone/Ipod the best)

I had a 1st gen iPhone and now I have a 32g iPhone4. After three years with an iPhone I can't really see myself with anything else.

also i'll say this, if you want a easy to learn/browse phone, don't get a Droid. It has alot of functions and features that most wouldn't even understand or use unless they're on their phone alot. Basically it can do more things that most people need and the functions can get in the way. I've had a Droid(s) for a year now and am still picking up cool tricks it does, it's a never ending learning phone due to the constant updates/upgrades

The rumor is that Verizon will pick up the iPhone in January, but rumors are worthless sometimes. (source: local Verizon store manager, and somewhat verified/not denied by AT&T store manager).

I just got my first iPhone (g4, 16g) on Saturday, and I like it so far! I had a Droid (Motorola first model), and it had lots of cool features such as the GPS "Latitude" program, and a few other things that the iPhone won't do. However, the sound quality was about like a 1940s model childs' record player, and the touch screen was very unstable. Later, as they kept meddling with the software, it became more & more unreliable, and my apps would constantly not work or go out of date without warning, and the phone would crash or slow way down, and it was useless.

I had to switch to AT&T, which does suck since I have to keep my Verizon service for another year (or pay a huge fine). So I downgraded the Droid to a cheap Samsung phone, and will keep the service for $9.95/month until the contract runs out.

With only 5 days experience with the iPhone, I can say it's the first time I haven't come up with a major fault in any new phone I've had, in the first few days!

The deal I got was 2 iPhones (my wife and me) for $299 each with 2 year ball & chain, and if I remember the estimated bill, it's going to be about $120/month total including 2gb internet and messaging, etc. I've had AT&T before (Blackberry), and did NOT like the service. We'll see how it goes this time, since they've done a lot of corporate changes since then.

I have had every blackberry recently. The pearl, the curve, the bold, and now the torch. I loved my pearl as it was smaller than the typical bb, however the keyboard was a pita. My fav thus far is the torch, the option to use touch or keys is awesome. Have had zero complaints about the torch.

Parent in laws have droids and those are really nice phones, but the above poster was correct. The damn things are very technical and there is always additions and shit.
