I need a good Creatine any thoughts???

Have not used any in a few years so not sure whats good anymore.. I know their is a diet forum for this but it would take weeks for a relpy. Mods please dont move this

not much as really changed imo.

i buy whatever is the best deal at the time. i try to get in capsule or wafer form as I cant stand mixing it. i stick with creatine monohydrate though some swear by CEE (though i think BSN is accused of not really putting this in their products).

i really havent noticed a difference in brands.

BIG BLAST contains P 12 creatine which is less bloating and less likely to degrade to creatinine. It's the only way I'd use creatine.
 
I've ran creatine mono and CEE products back to back and have definitely noticed a difference.... less side effects (bloat, stomach discomfort) with CEE... and more solid "gains".... as far as brands, PureCEE is good.... ALRI Cr2.... and Amp02
 
Thanks Guys I apprecite it... When i used to do creatine i would bloat up bad i hated it
 
I have gained 7 lbs since being on BSN Cellmass for the last 3 1/2 weeks. It's good shit...I should add though that I am also taking Amplify02 & Lipoflame as well. Maybe together they are all having some sort of synergestic effect :)

This is off topic but i have been having some bad joint pain in both my elbows .. Anything i can do to help that

sounds like tendonitis.... ice them several times a day... best thing you can do is take a break for a while and let them heal... then start slowly with rehabilitative-type stretches and light exercises.
 
Just tried Sizeon creatine from Gaspari... it's ok. My best creatine gains are from V12. Joint pain... can't help you; I'm there too.

Find yourself a good physiotherapist, perferable one that deals with Sports & Athletes and that isn't scared to dig into your tissue. Have him workover those elbows. Massage therapists can help too though often they are not aggresive enough...

Cissus, fucking miracle drug...Do a Google. Also Gluc/Cond/ MSM.

Also use CEE and you won't bloat at all. Much better than mono.

If you haven't used in a few years, then you GOTTA try Omega's Raw MCC. Stack it with PF's VIGOR and you'll be one strong mofo.

I have tried several creatine products over the years, and the one that I keep coming back to is AST Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. Usually by the 2nd or 3rd week on my cycle, I will suddenly get a huge burst in my lifts and blow past my previous PRs. I have zero doubts that it is an extremely legit product.
