Anatomy would suggest we all have the capicity to develop our ab muscles, however I would agree some are mesomorphs and have a hard time getting rid of the layers of fat around the muscle.

OK We were talking about two different things. Some people don't have SIX or EIGHT abs. They only have four... or six.. etc... Of course fat loss can be had by all.

But if you were born with a 4 or 6 pack, you can never get an 8, no matter how lean you are. That's all I was saying.

Gambino, just work up the reps you need. Start with 8 or whatever and go to 15, repeat.

Do some static holds with weight.

Hanging Leg Raises supersetted with lying leg raises supersetted with crunches till failure

There are very few people who can execute these properly. Matter of fact, aside from me and the clients that I FORCED to do I have NEVER seen anyone else even attempt these.

Excellent, excellent core strengthening movement and all over body strengthening.

thanks,

i used them and loved them..i thinks its the worst burn ever.. i honestly hated the day i had to do these

I used to do hanging leg raises SS with weighted situps or crunches. Good enough for me. lol

abs are mostly diet rather than training.. everyone has abs.. just gotta shed the fat in front of them to see them

the fact that u have no bodyfat in that pic probably makes most of the difference.

but those other exerices look good too, but im not sure what half of them are so ill have to google them.

so not everyone is born with the same number of abdomen muscles? interesting
I thought we all had the same number, but they are just placed different depending on the person.
