I need a Gear knowledgeable Doc in Chicago Burbs

I just moved to the Chicago burbs and need a new doctor. I don't want some General practitioner who is not knowledgeable in gear and gyno.

Anyone mind PM'ing me someone? Or suggestions on what specifically to look up in the yellow pages to find a sports / bodybuilding doctor?
