I'm trying to duplicate the PM quota problem that some of us have been having where it tells people that their PM box is full, even though it's at 11% or so.

Can some of you send me a PM? Doesn't have to say anything, just PM me. I want to hit 11% so George can see the problem.

Looks like it craps out at about 10.1%. Now I'll clean out the PM box again.

I had the SAME problem.. it said I was at 11% and I got an email saying someone tried to PM me but my box was full.
