i need a bruising chest routine for tommorow

i'm bored with mine
i want something different
hit me with a good routine
i also work tris on chest day
 
200 push-ups. Not all in a row, but do that and see how you feel.

You could be like Mahoney.

You could do supersets with plyo's and medicine balls.

Incline BB ss w/ plyo push-ups onto DB's
Flat BB ss w/ medicine ball chest pass from the bench
Flat DB ss w/ Freemotion cable punch (left leg forward and right punch good for core)

Triceps:

Dips ss with medicine ball plyo pushups
DB skullcrushers ss with cable press

It'll keep your heart rate up and is good for power and speed.

Or just do some smith machine presses.

what kinda weight you use to dip with?
this used to be a staple of my workout...was able to rep out 3 plates
now the only thing i get outta them is pain in my rotator, even with no weight
shame, great exercise

Don't say that. I've actually been pushing 200mg of anadrol/ day through my skin into the rotator so I can get it spot strong. It's totally how they work.

I usually keep it with 2 plates. My wrists begin to hurt too much.

Its a good exercise, just tears you down fast.

I would go bench. Then after that you might want to bench. Wait....bench again...and again....and again...
 
I think tomorrow is chest/biceps/abs and eyebrow waxing day for Gambino.

I did that a couple of times with squats and also with benching.

never again, that shit hurts a lot. Probably overdid it, did like 6 sets/exercise
 
bench 3x10
incline 2x10
dips 2x10

Throw in a few old-school Loui Simmons lifts.

Dumbell floor presses

In the rack static lock-outs w/barbell

Dumbell pull-overs

Pyramids or reverse pyramids are fun. You need to have a partner though. It would go something like this
225x5 275x3 325x1 Thats one set without getting your back off the bench, your partner loads the weights, so theres a little rest as possible.
Reverse goes the other way.
