this used to be a staple of my workout...was able to rep out 3 plates
now the only thing i get outta them is pain in my rotator, even with no weight
shame, great exercise

theoak01 said:just do your normal routine but the last set of every exercise you drop the weight down 10-15lbs and go to failure,you will need a spotter if you use free weights,I use hammer strength so I dont need a spotter
