I need a better workout. help !

Right at the moment i usually do 30mins to 50mins workout on my home gym/olympic bar 3x a week, depending on work.


I do the obvious, squats, curling, dead lift, bench and peck-deck.

But what other lifts would benefit me as i do get a little bored with the same old workout.

p/s pic's of how to do the lifts would really help
